Se propone una alimentación basada en productos naturales, sin violencia hacia los animales, cultivada sin agro tóxicos que nos frenan nuestro desarrollo espiritual e intoxican el organismo, sin manipulación genética que altere nuestro estado de conciencia; donde las frutas juegan un papel preponderante, el saber a qué horas nos nutren más, cuales son las mezclas de frutas adecuadas para nuestra salud, las propiedades de cada fruta, no solo nutricionales sino también y quizá lo más importante sus propiedades terapéuticas .
